Nadira Satrohan-John (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, any form you submit, and any text or phone contact between us.

1. Information we collect

• Details you give us. Name, email address, phone number, country, and anything you write in a form or message.
• Service information. The programme or products you ask about, appointment times, order history and support conversations.
• Contact preferences. Whether you opted in to transactional or marketing messages, and any later opt-out.
• Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring links, gathered through cookies or similar technology.

2. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and arrange coaching or orders
• To send confirmations, reminders and other service messages
• To send educational or promotional content, only where you have opted in
• To improve the security and performance of this site
• To meet legal, regulatory and tax obligations

3. Text messaging (A2P)

If you enter your mobile number and tick the consent box on our application form, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. These may include appointment reminders, programme updates and — if you opted in separately — promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Calls may forward to +1 647-282-2920. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.

4. Our legal basis

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) we rely on your knowledge and consent to collect, use and disclose your personal information, except where the law permits otherwise. Marketing messages are sent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) on the basis of your express consent. If you contact us from outside Canada, additional local rules may also apply.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with:

• Service providers who operate our email, SMS, hosting and analytics tools
• Unicity International, where you choose to place an order or enrol through us
• Authorities, where the law requires it

6. Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be handled by subcontractors purely to deliver messages or provide support. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold.

7. Where your data goes

Some of our providers process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to local authorities under that country's laws. We use providers that offer a comparable level of protection.

8. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention period.

9. Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@trivaraglobalwellness.com. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. Cookies

We use cookies for basic functionality and, if analytics are enabled, to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then not work as intended.

11. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Other websites

Where we link to another site — including Unicity's own shop — that site's privacy policy governs your visit, not ours.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
